When I am accessing this page from your site or from the code that I have downloaded,
initially it looks good but when I try to click on one of the radio buttons it shows an error
message first and reloads the page with slightly malformed (if other form elements are
present there).
Anything other than radio buttons seems to be ok.
This is persisting in IE8 and I did not test it in IE9. You can see the problem by clicking on one of the radio buttons on this page:
