Recurring is making full day events

Setup the recurring system in the new event light box, go to do a simple repeat:

Weekly, 1 time a month
Mondays

11:00am to 11:30am

Ends 01.09.2016

It makes all day events or will make events always starting with a blank starting time and then the end time is correct.

What could be causing this?

Hello,
maybe some properties of the event hasn’t been saved to the db correctly, please make sure that such records have valid “event_length” and “rec_type”

If the issue still happens - please provide a demo
