I managed to find a solution, by using php files instead of htmls, and setting expired headers and no cache rules on it.

We do not plan to add such feature in main code branch ( as I said previously - native caching is correct behaviour in most cases ),
so you will need to change the same code in each new version to force necessary behaviour
