Repeating values in filter dropdown

How do I prevent repeating values in filter drop down, see the image. I want Analytics to appear only once in filter though it may appear in many rows in grid. The cell type in this example is “link”.

Can you provide example of xml which you are using to load grid? Are you using smart rendering mode? Can you provide complete demo including all files which you are using?
