Resizable property of layout cell

Resizable property of layout cell not working if layout nested in other layout.
In console appear error :
suite.js:22 Uncaught TypeError: e[o].indexOf is not a function
at Object.e.getResizeMode (suite.js:22)
at HTMLDivElement.onmousedown (suite.js:22)

Unfortunately the problem cannot be reproduced locally.

Could you please, clarify why do you need to attach a layout to another layout.
