Sometimes when I resize a browser window or rotate a mobile device from portrait to landscape the display reduces to a thin line on the left hand of the screen - it’s about 10% of available screen. This happens with Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Is there a way of avoiding this?
I’m also having the same problem.
Hi,
We did not face with such a problem. Could attach the demo that reproduces it ?
It’s commercially sensitive - can I email it to you?
The demo should not contain any server-side scripts. If even in this case it is impossible to exclude commercial data from it, you can send the demo at support at(@) dhtmlx.com
I can send you the link to the website and then you can view it and the client side scripts. The server side scripts are asp and are used to return xml or json to populate controls.
Would that be ok?
Yes, you can send the link as Private Message. if it is not enough, I’ll let you know.
Thanks Alexandra - I’ve tried to send you a couple of messages but they are sitting in my Outbox.
Hello,
I have just sent the answers to the messages that I received.
That appears to have done the trick.
For all of you who have been following this (but missed out on the private messages) the problem I was encountering when using the webn’walk browser on a Samsung Galaxy SII was that the menu would sometimes disappear. This bug fix seems to correct the problem.
Alexandra - Many thanks for your speedy help; is this an official release?
The attached lib is latest dev. snapshoot.
All changes from it will be included in next official release.
