richselect - onchange called twice?

It appears that onchange event is being called twice for the ‘richselect’ and ‘combo’ components. Once with the new, old value parameters. A second time with new, new value parameters. Not sure if that is on purpose or not. But I believe the documentation needs to be updated to indicate the first parameter is the new value.

the post with the similar post has been already posted ( viewtopic.php?f=22&t=22130 ) The fix will be included into the next version.
