Is it possible to run dhtmlxgantt on localhost on IE7 and higher?
If i enable ‘Run active content from My Computer’ in IE7 the simple examples work. The ones that use loaddate do not.
Is there a work arround for this?

As I understand, it’s not localhost but file system, right? In any event it should work just fine. What is your browser(version) and OS?
