Hi,

I’m currently working on a product that will be made available in “Software as a service” to our customers which means of course that they’ll get a licence and rent the service to access the application hosted on our servers.

I’m considering including dhtmlx components but when i read the licence i doubt that i can :
b) general restrictions

Software may not be transferred, leased, assigned, or sublicensed, in whole or in part.

Those that really mean that you exclude all SaaS applications from the scope your customers ?

Nassim, if you include dhtmlx components just as user interface elements in your SaaS application, then the Commercial or Enterprise license allow such use. But if your users will be alble to use dhtmlx components for their own development, then they will need a separate dhtmlx license.
