relates this event to v2.1 of the dhtmlxScheduler. We just bought the recent Commercial-version a couple of days ago and wanted to ask if this event was included in the recent version or if the documentation relates to a not-yet-released version

unfortunately onBeforeDrag isn’t included into the latest official scheduler version. The latest one, that will contain this event, will be released at the end of November. Sp, you can freely get it.
