Hi use Scheduler for Joomla perfect !
Use private mode, but want 2 or 3 or 4 users to be able to view / add/ edit the calendar.
Private mode enables only 1 user to do this.
Can I do this ?

Scheduler can work in three modes
a) single calendar for all users - all users can edit all events ( not really all users - it is controlled by common access rights )
b) single calendar for all users, each user can add and edit only own event
c) each user has its own calendar
