Scheduler.getSchedulerInstance is not a function

Hello,

I get this error when trying to create a new scheduler on my page :
Scheduler.getSchedulerInstance is not a function

I got the 5.3.13 Commercial version. I use React. Any idea what I’m doing wrong ?

Hello @David-TS ,

If your Commercial license was purchased before October 2021 - it doesn’t contain the getSchedulerInstance method(as on these dates, it was available only from the Enterprise version).

If you purchased the dhtmlxScheduler after this date, please contact info@dhtmlx.com with your license number.

Thanks for your answer. So to have getSchedulerInstance working, it’s required to have 5.3.12+ AND having purchased COMMERCIAL after October 2021 ?
If my company decide to renew, how to get the 20% off ? have to contact by mail ?

It will also work for previous versions.

Commercial or Ultimate or Enterprise licenses, but yes - after October 2021.
