Hi , as the title suggested. i would like to ask the community if there is anyway where i can pin the first row of data in my table as when im scrolling through the table, only data from second row onward will be moving but first row will still be pinned on the top

Unfortunately there is no built-in way to implement it, you can try to change CSS of the first row in the table to pin it as the top one.
