On my mobile app I’ve got a couple of strange scrolling / swiping behaviors. For instance:

when scrolling vertically, I’ll flick with my finger, and then the scroll speed will start quickly, pause, then continue to scroll on moderate speed. I simply want the scroll speed to be uniform. It seems like this method almost has a delay of some sorts

when scrolling horizontally (between frames), I can overflow i.e. scroll past a couple of frames. I don’t want to do this. I want one swipe to equate to one frame. I’m not sure how to change this.
