Security issues in grid and treegrid (Fortify security tool)

We are using dhtmlx 4.1 in our project.
We ran Fortify security tool to check the security vulnerabilities.
and the tool reported few security issues in dhtmlxgrid and dhtmlxtreegrid.

Please find below snapshots of two of the above security issues.

Is there any way to avoid/fix this security issues ?
Is dhtmlx’s code is fortfy validated?
Please help us to resolve this problem.

the pointed dhtmlx code samples have no security troubles. It is just a Fortify security tool assumption.
