selectButton Click On ScrollBar Closes selectButton

Hi,

If you have a selectButton that has enough items in the collection so that it presents a scrollbar, it you click on the scrollbar to navigate up or down the list, it closes the selectButton. I have done this with a selectButton in a Ribbon, but I am pretty sure it also does it for other parent controls as well.
