Server side export empty file after upgrade Suite 3.5

Hello,

After upgrade Dhtmlx Suite 3.5 versione my Server side Exportoexcel Functionality produce an emtpy excel file .
No Debug error file is writed.
There is a new version also about Exporttoexcel library ??
