Set color to the footer dynamically depending on the values

Hi,
I have a dhtmlxgrid where I am displaying header and footer. The issue here is if the value is negative in footer,I need to display it in red color dynamically. I am using #stat_total for getting the sum in footer. #stat_total value may be negative or positive depending upon my dropdown selection. Please help me in solving this issue.
