Upon attempted to hide a function with
oGrid.setColumnHidden(columnId, TRUE)
I get the error
oGrid.setColumnHidden is not a function
However Im quite sure Im using the pro version. The readme.txt in the grid directory reads:
and the top few lines of {root}/dhtmlxGrid/codebase/dhtmlxgrid.js read:

The only way to achieve such error - use standard ( non pro ) version of the grid.
You can open ticket at support system if you need a link to the latest pro package.
Does it matter what version of the connector I use with this version of the grid?
Nope, it fully client side functionality and depends only on version of dhtmlxgrid.js
