setRequired not included with libCompiler

Hi guys,

It seems that the function setRequired is not included
but if I test setNote, it works !

I found a way to use it by loading the ext/dhtmlxform_dyn.js
but it should be easier to get it from the compiled package, isn’t it ?

Now use this way. In v.4.0 it will be added.
