Slider Change color each value on range to be specific color

Hi.
Good day!

I have a slider with range 0 - 10.
Is it possible to set the color of each points differently?
For example,
0 - 6 = Red
7 - 8 = Gray
9 - 10 = Green.

I have attached a sample screenshot on my desired output.
Please help. :frowning:
