Smart Rendering Parameters Issue

Hi, All

I am using grid to load a big data (over 2000 records), my plan is using smart rendering to handle this, but when I set the function enableSmartRendering mode into true, I can’t get any parameters postStart and count in my script (using coldfusion) like document say http://docs.dhtmlx.com/doku.php?id=dhtmlxgrid:step_3_loading_data_server_side_support_for_smart_rendering&s[]=Smart&s[]=Rendering .

What’s wrong with my step. Please any help ?

Unfortunately the issue cannot be reconstructed locally.
Id issue still occurs - please, provide a complete demo to reproduce the issue.
