I am asking if is possible to achieve this goal. I’d like to sort events, at the same conditions of start hour, from longest duration event first…

There is no built-in functionality to change sorting on the week view, but technically such sorting can be done through a workaround.
A possible solution, could be to add some seconds to events start date, based on their duration.
So visually they will look the same, but will be sorted based on their start dates - the one’s with more added seconds will be placed righter.
