Hi,
We are having issues with sorting of price (currency) columns. It seems that this is sorted by ascii representation rather than float.
For eg., sorting in ascending order of a column of type “price” returns the following:
$0.50
$10.50
$3.00
$34.00
This is incorrect. Please advise. Thanks.
The sorting order defined by sorting type, it may be
str - as string
int - as number
date - as date (mm/dd/yyyy)
na - sorting not available
You can set necessary sorting type for each column by
grid.setColSorting(“na,int”);
