Special Characters Issue (<,>,&)

Hi sir,

We have a problem in dhtmlxgrid while using ‘<’(lessthan), ‘>’(greaterthan) and ‘&’(ampersand ) symbols.

These symbols are displaying well in dhtmlxgrid using “CDATA”, while loading the data, but when i am going to edit data, these symbols(<,>,&) automatically converting to escapse sequense “<”, “>” and “&”.

First thing is, i want to use all Column Types as “txt” not as “txttxt”.

Unfortunately the only way is to use “txttxt” excell type. “txt” treat with the value as html so the symbols will be converted anyway
