special charectors display problem utf-8

Dear all,

I want to display the text testÃ�Ã� as testÄÜ in the grid, but it is not working.

I am using in the xml file and in the file, where I load the grid I added in the head

Does I have to add something else ?
Please take a look at the attached picture.

dhtmlxGrid component is encoding agnostic. The encoding in the xml, database and html page should be the same.
