We are currently evaluating your gantt chart. Can you tell me it is possible to have children of a split task? We want to achieve something similar to the attached mock up. Added complexity is that child would also need to be a split task. If that isn’t possible is there another way to achieve our goal?

It is possible to displayed split tasks that also contain split subtasks:
However, there is no way to show some split child tasks in the split mode, and some in the regular mode:

Handling parent and child tasks can get complicated pretty quickly, so it’s good to know the intended behavior and available workaround. It’ll save others a lot of trial and error.
