SplitAt in multirow Header

Hi all, I’m trying to put SplitAt command in my first column of Grid, this control has a complex multirow header (2 rows in header), it’s posible to do that?, thanks!

It possible, but you should not merge cells from right and left parts of the grid.

You should not merge header cells with #cspan where one cell is placed at left part of the grid and other cell in right part of the grid
