Spreadsheet as a form

Hi,

I’m sorry if this is a stupid question.
I need a form on my wordpress website that is a spreadsheet. A user should only be able to see the data he fills in. Is this possible with any of the dhx plugins and which one do i need?

Plase, look through these samples with dhtmlxForm. You can do different manipulations with this form.

I still have no idea. I don’t see anything in the examples that looks like a spreadsheet…
