I have downloaded and tried the same scenario in the latest version. The issue is not addressed. If you click on the header resize, and !!while holding the mouse button down!!, move off the browser and then release the button, the grid becomes stuck in resize mode.

The latest fix is not fully resolves issue ( it not possible to detect the mouse button releasing while it outside of the window ), but any click inside the window will stop column resizing.
