This is more of an observation than a question…
I’ve noticed with the slider that if I click and hold the slider while I drag the mouse to my second monitor, the slider becomes “sticky” until I click the slider again and release it. I’m guessing this is a bug/“feature” in IE but its something to be aware of. I’ve noticed the same behavior in the Flash slider, though whatever triggers it in Flash is even more random.

yes, this behavior is known. Unfortunately it can not be changed.
