Suite 8 : little side inpact for Grid leftSplit

for information,
in suite prior to 8, leftSplit don’t include hidden column
in suite 8, leftSplit include it.

In my case (sorry don’t have time for snippet)

col1 : hidden : false
col2 : hidden : true
col3 : hidden : true
col4 : hidden : false
colxx :
leftSplit:2 ok, col1 and col4 static in v7
nok,only col1 static in v8 (solved by leftSplit:4)

Hello.

Actually a current implementation is more correct, as it keeps the split structure after you show the hidden column or hide some other column(s).
