Hi,
you can imbricate some layout with each a tabbar to simulate a multi-line tabbar
(for example layout1 1C with tabbar1 includes layout2 1C with tabbar2)
it works fine

or you can attach several divs, init tabbars, remove content area (control it manually), like in this demo:
