Tabbar, multiple tabs orientation?

It is posible in 4.6.1 pro to have a tabbar attached to a layout cell with complex tabs orientation ? on top and bottom of the cell ? what about all 4 sideds of a cell (lef,right,top,bottom) ?

Similar with

but in a layout cell .

The only way is to place the required html containers in your layout and build a your tabbar in that containers.
