tabbar right scroll disappears in ie6

I’ve observed that in Internet Explorer 6, there’s a problem with scrolls in tabbar component –

I mean, when you click right scroll, then it disappears (only left scroll is visible)
so you can’t scroll the tabs into right.

It works fine in ie8, firefox.

Has anyone seen that problem and has some sollution?
