Tabbar with nested layout

I have a layout nested inside a tabbar. It doesn’t work in Internet Explorer but works fine with Firefox and Safari. Like that:

If I take the

out of the tabbar div it works. Inside the tab div it doesn’t work in IE. In Firefox/Safari it works ok. Can someone give me some help?
