task duration hours..

Can i start the hour from 9 and end at 6 like office hours? not starting from 0 and end at 23…
one more is that can i omit weekends in my task duration?

It is not possible in current version, but we’ll add this feature in the nearest update, approx in late December - mid January

I’m curious - was the option to omit or factor in weekend days in task duration ever added to the product?

Hi,
yes, this functionality was added in version 2.1
It is possible to calculate duration of task using predefined working hours/days. In the current version it is a global setting, you can’t specify working time settings for individual tasks.
Set working time:

Do not display not working time on a scale

Note, that in version 3.0 (the current one), API that allows not displaying a times on a scale was moved to PRO version of the component. i.e. it’s available only in Commercial and Enterprise versions of the Gantt
