text filter

Hi Team,



I asked the following question…
I am using text filter in header.I want to exact match filter.

When I enter “p” in filter it give records which have “p” anywhere in the string.

But I want exact match i.e. rows starting from “p”


And according to your reply I tried #text_filter_inc instead of #text_filter
but its not showing the input box for filter, it shows the #text_filter_inc text.

Do I need to include any file?

Which version of grid you are using?
Mentioned functionality was introduced in dhtmlxgrid 2.0
If you are using dhtmlxgrid 1.6 - just use attached js file instead of original one.
