Sorry for the late reply.

Unfortunately, we do not have such a device. But we tested app on other Samsung devices running Android 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 in default browser. There is not a problem with a black area. We tested the demo from this page - dhtmlx.com/touch/samples/ Did you reproduce the problem in other demos or it specific for all confirm popups on your device ?

this issue happens to me too…

i am using an android tablet that uses the 4.2.2 version

I have notice that if the window width is more than 750 the black area dissapears…
