Cell is editable. But with bugs 
It’s a nonstop
I get edit-events by Enter for addSpan cell
I don’t get edit-events for readOnly 3th column

We have fixed your reported problem in the latest dhx.Suite update (v.7.3.13).
Now you are able to edit the spanned cells in the dhx.Grid.
You can check it in your original snippet.
Please, download the latest available dhx.Suite build to get this fix.
