Thank you for the post.
You will correct the second mistake. And toolbar definition seems to be correct in the first picture. There can be two types of Toolbar: MainBar and BottomBar. The first takes dhx_mainbar css class, the 2nd - dhx_bottombar

There are only two types described in the "toolbar" component in your product document.
One is "MainBar" and the other is "SubBar".
