Time Granularity

I would like my users to be able to select time with a granularity of 15 minutes.

For example they can choose 8:15 or 8:30 but not 8:17.

How can I configure this?

I would like this to show up on the drag&drop basic view; not only the value to be re-formated in the database.

scheduler.config.time_step = 15;
