Time scales in selects aren't congruent with configuration

Hi i have set scheduler.config.first_hour=8 and scheduler.config.last_hour =20 but in the time scales selects in the editor of the event I see yet a scale that stars from 00:00 and ends to 24:00.Is it possible to have the same scale like in configuration?

Updated version of scheduler is attached.

I try to use this buxfixed version.
My conf is:
scheduler.config.first_hour = 6;
scheduler.config.last_hour = 23;
scheduler.config.time_step = 30;
But I get the time selects from 00:00 to 16:00.

Yep, was an error from my side, correct js file is attached to the post was checked with same parameters - all must work correctly.
