timeline tree,parent sections ok,unable to display children

At this point, I am just trying to get the timeline ‘Tree’ feature working using the simplest configuration possible. When the schedule is displayed, I can see the all of the parent items in the tree but none of the children. What am I missing?

I have read of a few cases of this here in the forum but none of the solutions have solved my problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

Single quote instead of double quote after .js -
