TImeScales dont export in PNG and PDF

I have Problem why TimeScales when exportToPNG() and exportToPDF()
this is my Config

exportMethod = 'exportToPDF';
       payload = {
        header: customStyles,
        name: "gantt.pdf",
        start: formattedLeftDate,
        end:  formattedRightDate ,
        raw: true,
      }

If I filter Years or Quarters I dont have Problem but when I choose Week or Month. my TimeScale has been gone. It not export in my PDF and PNG.
Pls Help Me.

It seems that issue occurs when you use the Zoom extension as it works correctly when the scale settings don’t change:

I added it as a bug to our internal bug tracker. The dev team will fix the issue in the future, but I cannot give you any ETA.

As a workaround, you can iterate the gantt.config.scales parameter before the export function and disable the sticky property. Then you can revert the changes:

gantt.config.scales.forEach(function(scale){
    scale.sticky = false;
})
gantt.exportToPDF({
    raw: true
});
gantt.config.scales.forEach(function(scale){
    delete scale.sticky;
})
gantt.render()
