Toolbar is hiding the buttons which are exceed the screen/di

Evaluating toolbar - in my typical toolbar, I have around 20 buttons in the toolbar  and toolbar width is 100%. I cannot able to see all the icons in 1024x768 screen resolution. Toolbar is hiding the buttons which are exceed the screen/div width.<o:p></o:p>

With this approach, user will not knowing about hidden buttons functionality. So, I am looking for is there any option show the hidden buttons across all the screen widths and Div widths. May be like there should an arrow button at the right most position of the toolbar and need to show the hidden buttons as a menu by clicking the arrow button or all the hidden buttons should display in the next row.<o:p></o:p>
