Toolbar setMaxOpen don't work on iPad

Good morning. Sorry for the bad english. I used a SelectButton in a Toolbar with about 30 entries and set the MaxOpen value. On PC Mac or Windows it works correctly but on the iPad it is not possible to scroll through the list. Has anyone had the same problem?

Post Scriptum. The problem on the iPad only comes with the safari browser. With Chrome it works perfectly.

Can you share the exact snippet or demo link where the issue can be reconstructed.
Also, can you share info about iOS version on the problematic device.
