Toolbar width 100%

How can the toolbar be set to width of 100% so the bar color extends the entire width of the

? As is, it only goes as far as the last button. I don’t want to do it manually by setting div’s bg color because the skin could be changed. Unnecessary work.



Using

Toolbar main container have default 100% width.

Got it to work.  Just some html tweaks needed from previous version.
