Is the enableSmartXMLParsing function working on the free to download version? I can get the tree working nicely, as soon as I turn this on I don;t get any errors but nothing appears. Tried in Forefox and in IE7.

enableSmartXMLParsing available only in pro version of dhtmlxtree ( such method absent in standard edition, so most probably you have js error when its executed, which is hidden by some reason )
