Tree Grid does not work despite using xml generated by minid

Hi,

I actually bought a license for grid and treegrid.

All I get now is

Error Type: Load XML
Description: Incorrect XML.

So, what is wrong with the XML? I see the the xml in firefox.

I am using the below to load the xml.

mygrid.loadXML(’/ajax_grid’)

I have tried load, loadXML, parse, nothing is working.

Unfortunately the issue cannot be reconstructed. Your xml loads well for us locally.
Does any error occurs in the process of loading the page?
Please, provide a sample of your code to reconstruct the issue.
